I was nervous. it was a new journey i was about to start in my life. i always wanted to repay the society for everything i got from it. it was time i started to do exactly the same. with so many of my friends along, it was just a task so simple to do. i strongly maintain that with friends along even a ride to hell would be fun.On July 14th, my friends and i, had decided it was enough, of we just living a laid back life. it was time we started to do atleast something which would soothe our minds and pacify our troubled souls. life is so fast paced that we forget certain aspects of life. but i am glad we could start something which atleast i would want to continue for as long as i live. we organised a painting competition for group of under privilaged kids at three homes, asha kiran, prem nivas and hope. our intention was clear, have fun with the kids. ask them to draw the paintings and use them to spread message of compassion and ofcourse a smile. we all had a very good time...the time we spent with the kids was amazing. each one of them a bundle of energy a bundle of joy. i wish i can embark on many such journeys and try to find true meaning to life, which is definitely not with my success but with the success of our society!
